Job Description
- Overall checking of maintaining financial accounts, including Ledgers, Journal, Accounts Receivables & Payables etc.
- Verification of submitted bills for expenses/ payments with relevant P.O., Quotation & approvals
- Raising of Invoices to Customers, pro forma invoices etc.
- Vendor Payments
- Weekly Cash flow & Monthly Provision
- Knowledge partner and delivery partner invoicing, reconciliation & invoicing
- Design & Preparation of weekly & monthly reports
- Assisting in the achievement of objective regarding revenue, profitability & market share
- Deviation & Variance reporting, comparative analysis of deviations & variances
- Payments of Statutory Dues like PF, ESI, TDS, Service Tax, LWF etc. & relevant reconciliations thereof
- Communicating with company officials in connection with applicable laws and regulations
- Providing inputs to consultants for filing Service Tax, TDS, PF, ESI etc. returns
- Review of Agreements / Contracts before entering into
- Statutory Compliance / Collection of outstanding
- Attending day-to-day meetings with the C.F.O, Consultants, Vendors
- Co-ordination with the Bankers, Suppliers, Auditors, CA etc.
- Preparation of Project Report (Financial Project Report)
- Internal due diligence for the same report
- Division wise P&L (Projected) and Forecast
