Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
· Maintenance of company Books of accounts as per Indian Accounting Standards i.e Indian GAAP.
· Accounting and Reconciliation of all General Ledger (GL) Accounts, Receivables & Payables for month-end & year-end closings, ensuring correctness and accuracy.
· Handling Direct Taxation. E-TDS Quarterly filing, Determine tax liability of Employees & subsequently deducting TDS on his salary & issuing form 16 at the end of the financial year. TDS deduction on other than salary (Professional, Contract, Rent & Commission) & issuing form 16A on Quarterly basis.
· Handling Indirect Taxation - GST Return filing on monthly basis.
· Preparation and Verification of Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS).
· Preparation of MIS report (Management Information report).
· Ability to handle responsibilities independently
· Manage and coordinate Import clerance
