• Hands on experience of factory accounting.
  
• Finalization of Accounts including preparation of Financial Statements, complying with Tax Audit requirement and completion towards the Income Tax returns.
  
• Ensuring timely Filling of E-TDS, Service Tax, P.T, P.F, &  E.S.I returns as per act
  
• Reconciliation of Debtors & Creditors.
  
•  Analysis of Income & Expenses.
  
• Ensure comprehensive control over cash and funds of the company and ensure smooth and timely flow of funds and cash.   
  
• In-depth knowledge of financial software applications, databases, spreadsheets, and/or word processing required. 
• Packages include: Microsoft Outlook, Access, Excel and Word plus university-specific accounting & reporting packages.
  
• Analyzing the performance of competitors.
  
• Analyzing the marketing trends.
  
• Managing the firm’s budgets.
  
• Maintaining employee’s payroll function.
  
• Responsible for full and final settlements with respect to tax calculations, recovery, etc.
  
• As a compliance officer, deduction and depositing of TDS, VAT, CST Advance Tax and proper filing of monthly /quarterly/ annual returns with relevant government authorities.
  
• Preparation of MIS Reports to provide feedback to the top management on financial performance, viz fund management, credit control, profitability, variance analysis, etc.
  
• Resolve accounting discrepancies.
  
• Ensure adherence to all mandatory compliance of government dues
  
• Ensure reduction and maintain interest cost
  
• Ensure cost of financing of future project at lowest cost
  
• Coordinate with a human resource for appropriate staffing levels.
  
• Schedule and conduct department meetings.
  
• Complete human resource paperwork.
  
• Financial staff management, motivation, training, recruitment and selection.
  
• Implementing Competency Matrix.
  
• Must aware about ration analysis & CMA data.
  
• Other duties as assigned.
  

•  Develop the annual operating budget and consult with departmental management on the fiscal aspects of program planning, salary recommendations, and administrative actions.
• Provide accounting policy orientation for new employees.
  

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles including, Generally accepted accounting principles.
  
• Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications.
  
• Knowledge of state financial regulations.
  
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
  
• Good knowledge of the terminal operations and EXIM trade in the local area
  

• Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. 
• Work requires local travel; work may require evening and weekend work.
