About The Team

We Merchant solution organization of FIS work around enabling digitalization of modern money and provide convenience to Merchant across world with ease of accepting payment. Each time you use your debit card or credit card to pay for something, whether online or face-to-face, there's a good chance it happened because of us. On an annual basis our innovations and technology enable billions of money transactions globally. Working with customers large and small, we help them to take payments quickly, safely and reliably, allowing them to grow their businesses and making your life more convenient in the process.

Knowledge/Experience

• To provide desk-based support to customers and partners with their accounts / finance related queries.
• Handles day to day queries related to invoices, Direct Debit Deductions and Customer Account statements for customers.

• Responsible for managing the suspension of merchants and charging the termination fee for Gateway services.
• Responsible for assisting in monthly billing process for merchants which includes raising of manual invoices and credit notes.
• Responsible for auditing the partner commission statements sent on a quarterly basis and posting the invoices received on Oracle for partner commission payment.
• Liaises with Oracle team for Direct Debit, Bacs, Credit, Commission Payment purposes.
• Responsible for making necessary changes on the billing records of customers in the system
  

Competencies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal.
• Quick learner, detail oriented and a good Team player.
• Good working knowledge of MS excel, Accounts and Management.
