About The Team

The Web Divisional Finance team acts as a key business partner to Sales leadership and CFO Org, owns the framework that operationalizes Business strategy, helps the Web Product Portfolio, Geo Finance, Channels and Divisional team in improve their understanding of operating results by managing the operational cadence, and providing timely and accurate business insight and analysis to the management team. The team also works on the financial and budgeting aspects of the organizations they support and provides governance around commercial decision making.

The Role Will Be Responsible For

Analyzing and Report on the Revenue, Bookings, Products, Contracts and Traffic data
Analyzing area/regional sales performance, monthly forecast, sales outlooks.
Collaborating with Web Products, Geo Finance and Channel team to help improve the overall performance of the business.
Perform ad-hoc business analyses/reports and provide analytical support as needed.
Build Dashboards and report in Tableau
Generate regular reports and work on new projects
Drive the use of new tools and technologies within the team

Basic Qualification

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or Business Administration.
3+ years of relevant experience, preferably worked in a similar Ops role.
English proficiency
Systems Proficiency: Saleforce.com, Advanced Excel (Macros), PowerPoint, Tableau
Ready to work in US Shift

Desired Experience

Strong analytical skills with ability to provide data-backed analysis.
Hands-on experience with large amounts of data and ability to multi-task.
Able to understand reporting requirement, envision out drive strong quality.
Knowledge / Experience in working on an ERP environment like Siebel Analytics / Oracle is preferred
Knowledge/experience working in Sales Force and Tableau is preferred.
Able to understand business implication of team output – be a Good team player.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
'Self-starter' with the ability to self-motivate in a fast paced, deadline driven, environment.
Ability and Flexibility to Adopt to changes
Working with stake holders from different countries
