Financial Analyst
Develop financial models / detailed business plans for conducting business valuations.
Conduct business studies / analytical reviews on past, future, and comparative
performance of the client companies and develop forecast models.
Perform research on the industry, comparable companies, and other relevant topics.
Actively contribute to valuation report writing.
Create Information Memorandums for client companies for fundraising assignments.
Contribute to conducting financial due diligence on target companies on behalf of
venture capital firms.
Identify issues and propose strategies related to the work procedures to make the
execution process more efficient.
Maintain positive, productive, and professional relationships with client personnel and
colleagues.
Individual contributor with support from interns.
Demonstrate teamwork and responsibility with engaged team members; stay abreast of
current business and economic developments, and use current technology and tools to
enhance the effectiveness of service provided.
