Accounting qualifications will be an added advantage (CA, CPA, ACCA)o 0-2 years? experience
Non-qualified accountants with relevant matching experience may also please applyo 4-6 years? experience
Direct relevant experience of working in a Captive SSC / Business Process Outsourcing Organisations will be desired (in addition to years of experience / qualification)

Knowledge and SkillsEssential:

Strong domain knowledge in RTR processes
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) / US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (USGAAP) Accounting
Flexibility to support different time-zones and geographies
Strong experience of finance accounting systems (SAP, Netsuite, Assurenet etc.)
Fluency in English language (verbal and written)

Strong problem solving skills? Excel and PowerPoint knowledge with ability to extract information from existing business systems
Excellent prioritisation skills
