Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- End to End management of Accounts & Finance department of company along with team working under him
- Day to Day Account Management, Reconciliation, Billing Process, AR-AP, Financial Statements, MIS etc...
- Compliances under Income Tax Act and Companies Act
- Tax planning & Tax compliances for business and personal taxes of the management
- Working closely with External Auditors & Attorney
- Managing working capital & Currency / Receivable Management
- Managing Banking Relationship and other responsibilities expected of a controller.
* Remarks:
Person will be working from Ahmedabad office and will be reporting to management as position of deep trust & commitment.
