1. Handle personal loan, home loan, business loan, credit cards and gold loan leads assigned and worked with outbound calling.
2. Compare options of multiple banks and advise customers on best option for them. Coordinate with partner banks for loan documentation, disbursement and customer service
3. Manage relationship with banks, sales managers, customers
4. Report back status of leads to central marketing team and update CRM.
Experience- 1 to 3 year.
age limit- upto 28 yr.
