Experience: 1 - 2 Years
Roles & Responsibility:
Planning for fitness events for students/faculty and staff
Demonstrate the correct way to use exercise equipment and
its maintenance
Monitor the misuse
of equipment in gym and its use
Ensure the gym is clean, safe and free of any health and
safety hazards.
Deliver exercise classes and workshops for students, faculty
and staff
Develop personal exercise and diet plans
Give emergency first aid & CPR if needed
Monitor students/faculty and staff progress and adapt
programs as needed
Give alternative exercises during workouts or classes for
different levels of fitness and skill
Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routines
Help/contribute in all events organized by Department
of physical education
