Fleet Executive Operation Jobs - Delhi - Letmedrive

·         Manage and increase efficiency of Customer Support Services, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between customer support and operations team.

·         Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence

·         Receiving inbound calls from customers, outbound calling or customer service experience, day to day contact with customers & handling customer complaints which is to be kept accurately the detailed records of calls made and results achieved

·         Planning and controlling: This involves deciding what the operations resources should be doing and making sure that it is getting done

·         Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

·         Should be strong in Transport operations regarding routing, maintenance & tracking.

·         Should have customer centric approach. & able to handle the calls flow of customers.

·         Should be able to maintain the MIS related to Fleet details, Compliance Report, irregularity details, on time arrival report, etc.

·         Should be flexible for shifts as well as interactive and supportive to and with internal customers.

·         Should have strong Delhi & NCR geographical knowledge

·         Should have a convincing power and well versed with handling issues.

·         Should be good in managing security procedures for the smooth functioning of transportation and ensuring the transport is in safe and secure condition.

·         Should be able to prepare monthly MIS reports, monthly billing for different vendors, and headcount projection for month & car usage report.
