Below is the Scope of Work/Duties assigned to you as
Accountable for day to day operations at the store
Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Counselling and disciplining employees to ensure discipline in the store
Manage store revenue including cash handling, deposits and reconciliation
Ensure accountability amongst team members for roles allocated to them each day
Prepare store weekly roaster and conduct regular meetings with the team relevant to business
Manage renewal of relevant documents and check expiry of food Items from time to time including store hygiene like clean drinking water for all staff and customers.
