Our growing company is in need of an experienced and fresher financial service consultant to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets.they help in the turnover of sales and provide data 's regarding changes required in the product to meet the customer standards.They are people who reach towards the customer directly (inbound)as well as work on the leads provided by the company
Responsibilities and Role
1 . Identifies the business opportunity by the identifying the prospects and evaluation their position in the industry
2. Researching and analysing sales options
3. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
4. Recommending solutions,maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance
5 . Researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profitsand service improvements.
6.Strong communication skills with strong business knowledge
7. The ability and desire for sales job with a. Confident and determined approach
8. Determine personal objectives and ensure achievement of target to ensure high quality service and productivity for better performance
9. Coordinate with Managers to lead teams for working perfectly.
10. Analyze and identify growth for all Deals at workstations and ensure high quality .
11. Investigate all issues on floor and assist to resolve all mistakes for management team and working staff.& Monitor work and maintain an efficient rapport between floor employees and the Management
Qualification
1.Bachelor's degree is required
2.Candidate should have excellent communication.
3. Self motivated target oriented individual.
4. 6 months experience in any international sales or bpo process mandatory.
5. Candidates from pan india willing to relocate to indore can apply.
6.Must have an experience of Leadership
7. Should have a capability of handling a team of atleast 30 people
