Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Partner with management to identify, implement, and execute HR programs and business outcomes such as organizational planning, talent management, performance management, alignment of compensation rewards to performance and employee engagement across India and Middle East.
- Provide strategic business partnership and act as a trusted HR advisor to employees and managers at all levels of the organization.
- Work closely with business to drive engagement, build employee morale and increase employee retention.
- Partner with EMEA/APAC People Partner as well as other cross-functional teams across Talent, and People Operations on communications and best practices
- Work closely with People Operations team to provide guidance, recommendations and support necessary for the client organizations.
- Drive employee development programs within the group to support career growth and retention.
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance while providing HR policy guidance.
- Investigate basic and complex employee relations issues, and initiate appropriate resolution.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and functional business leaders to optimize workforce planning and recruiting efforts.
