Job Description
Responsible for Sales, Operations and
Meet Sales Target and Ensure Efficiency of the Store Operations.Recording, Testing and Detailing of
–Stock taking (Open and Closing – Shift wise),
Opening Check List, Cash accounting, Banking, Billing system, Printer,
EDC machine, Paytm etc.
Ensure Stock availability and Manpower and Indent accordingly.
Ensure Store in Best in Class condition - Spic n Span, Healthy and Presentable.
Ensure that Store in Opens and Close.
Check and Switch On all Equipment's and Machinaries and ensure smooth operations.
Need to do Shift Briefing for the Team and given Targets, Product of the Day
Ensure there are no expiry products.
Need to ensure Best in Class Service
Standards and Products for the Customer Satisfaction and engagement.
