Job Description
Food Chemists should develop, evaluate new or improved ways of preserving, processing, packaging, storing, and delivering foods, using knowledge of chemistry, microbiology, and other sciences. Study methods to improve aspects of foods, such as chemical composition, flavor, color, texture, nutritional value, and convenience. Develop food standards and production specifications, safety and sanitary regulations, and waste management and water supply specifications. To ensure that food manufacturing processes conform with government, processing, consumer and industry standards.
Key Skills:

- Must have excellent analytical skills
- Need to have good knowledge about food processing
- Knowledge of application of various sciences on food

Qualification :
- Degree in Food Science.
- 0 -3 years experience in Food processing.
- Basics in legal regulations for foodstuffs and administrative law
