Job Description
* To generate the leads for Franchisee opportunities for the expansion of company's business.
* Prepare and execute the strategy for company's franchisee opportunity to attract new franchisees
* To identify and finalize the franchisee to buy the rights to use the business model of company.
* To convey the business strategy to new franchisee
* Finalize the deal with franchisee by negotiating company's terms and conditions of each franchisee agreement
* To collaborate and work with the cross functional team (Finance, Operations, Legal, Marketing and Business Development)
* Close Agreement with prospect franchisee and collect initial franchise fees
* Work as point of contact between the franchisee and the franchisor, and ensure that any issues/ concerns are aptly and timely addressed
* Perform other duties as and when required
