Provide training to freelance writers via calls and Skype.
Detailed comprehension of client’s requirements related to online tutoring and academic content writing.
Giving training to mixed writers with different levels of expertise (beginner/intermediate / advanced)
Understand client’s requirements and check that every writer is applying the same for completing the written assessments.
Follow given instructions and specification mentioned in the requirements diligently.
Conduct in-depth research while meeting all the requirements of the tasks.
Must ensure that every writer is delivering non-plagiarized content in all the academic content.
Consistently performing well in providing proper training to writers, handing critical cases of revision and poor quality till its successful resolution.
Checking every order with its quality, quantity and price.
Maintaining good relations with clients and writers.
Supporting other team members and the team as a whole.

Required Skills:

Excellent communications skills in English (Both oral and written)
Should be the smart, intelligent and quick decision maker.
He/ She should have knowledge of referencing styles like APA and Harvard. (Preferable)
Should have vast knowledge.
Good listener and active problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
Ability to handle pressure and work under tight deadlines.
Efficiency with internet browsing and internet researching skills.
Excellent multitasking skills.
Minimum 0-2 years’ experience. (Fresher can also apply)
6 Days a week (9:30 am - 5:30 pm)
Note: - Immediate Joiner will be preferred.
