- Greet visitors and guests and direct them to correct point of contact.
- Performs scheduling tasks including: calendar coordination; reserve conference rooms and tele-conference services
- Perform basic administrative task also interact with partners and compare quotes regarding any arrangement
- Take up any other front desk operations and maintain office supplies
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
Additional Information
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone etiquette.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners and staff at all levels
