Job Description:
  • Human resources specialists are responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers. They may also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training. Human resources managers plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization.
  • As Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Front desk executive’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business.
  • We are looking for a Receptionist cum HR to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and also help in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
  • An ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
  • Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress and social media permissions, etc.) and keep employee handbook current
Requirements:
