Job Description
To Greet the visitors and make them comfortable
Handling Incoming & Outgoing calls
Maintaining excel sheet of Phone calls (Incoming & Outgoing) records.
To maintain the register of visitors
To maintain the records of outward & inward courier
Taking care of office equipments or assets
Look after housekeeping and stationery (Admin)
Transport arrangement
Co – ordinate with customer & Vendors
Co – ordination with various depts. & reporting to H.O.D
