Job Description
- Answer incoming calls
- Handle Studio’s whats app and reply to the client’s messages promptly.
- Welcome and greet the clients / inquiries as soon as they enter the studio.
- Manage stationery and coordinate with stationery vendors
- Coordinate with Director's personal staff
- Coordination with Different Stake holders
- Update Client’s details like payment, health history, progress etc.
- Travel arrangements of the staff / trainers travelling out of town for the work purpose
