1) Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries and forwarding it to promoter.
2) Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
3) Making calls to client and maintaining a database and keeping regular connect with them .
4) Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
5) Making presentations and details in Excel.
6) Drafting business letters.
7) Scheduling Business meetings.
