Job Description
Front Desk Officer Female Only
- Receiving the daily Walk-Ins and
- Getting the forms filled by the clients and helping them in filling the forms
- Handing over the forms to Operations manager
- Daily reporting about the walk-in, interviews etc
- Collate the Courier reports to Director and Branch Head
- Managing the mobile handsets of the employees
- Ensuring regular availability of water
- Daily attendance recording and maintaining the attendance register
- Daily maintenance of cabins (MD, Director, Branch Head) and Conference rooms
- Maintaining and updating stationery inventory
