Job Description
- Designation: Receptionist
- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Salary: Open for Negotiation.
- Industry: Interior Décor - Carpets & Handicrafts
- Work Timings: 10:30 am to 7:30 pm
- FEMALE ONLY
- Excellent in communication and presentable
- Provide support to the office effectively
- Handling calls, solving queries or issues and revert all the received mails.
- Manage accounts and coordinate with audit for financial documents.
- Must have knowledge about MS Word and Excel.
- Scanning the documents, taking print out, making photocopy of the required paper.
- Dispatch of courier (Local/Domestic) on time, sending documents by fax.
- Greet all the incoming visitors, handling their queries.
- Good personality (Active, Dynamic, Friendly, Positive mind)
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Well versed in MS Office and ability to handle business communication independently
- Commitment to serve the company for reasonable period
- Good communication skills
- Pleasing personality with presentable demeanor
- A go getter with a problem solving attitude
- Education: Min. Graduate
- Candidates from Carpet Industry, Jewellery Industry, Marble industry, Upholstery Industry, Luxury Fashion, will be preferred or anyone with experience in interior decor sales or luxury product sales
