Role Definition
Front Desk Person serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Responsibility Deliverable
- Greet and welcome visitors
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries
Task & Activities
Greet and welcome visitors
- Receiving the visitors with a smile and greeting them,
- Understanding the needs or inquiries of the visitors
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries
- Assisting the visitors to know about the service of the firm
- Directing visitors to the personnel, if needed or requested
- Answer questions and address complaints
Answer all incoming calls and redirect
