Job Description
Provide a high standard switchboard service, screening general inquiries courteously and efficiently
Receive all visitors in a polite and helpful manner
Ensure all visitors and contractors are logged in and out in accordance with Fire Safety regulations
Maintain a Help Desk facility covering all aspect of site administration/ facilities
Book meeting rooms for employees, liaising with IT and Facilities departments
Provide general admin support to the facilities department and Any other task assigned by director as on when required
Present a professional, corporate image to visitors and have good interpersonal skills at all levels
Be articulate and well spoken, with an excellent telephone manner
Have previous experience as a receptionist (Previous experience in a similar corporate environment is an advantage)
Have intermediate Word skills and basic Excel skills
Be calm under pressure and able to multi-task
Have an appreciation of confidentiality and security
Have knowledge of/ or ability to learn about FG's organisation, departments, products and services
Be able to work unsupervised, but have an appreciation of teamwork
