Job Description
- Filing important documents and communicating relevant information to clients or the leads.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing.
- Filing important documents and communicating relevant information to clients or the leads.
- Coordinate sales by managing calendars, organizing client’s files and documents, and communicating client information to concerned authorities, management, or other staff as needed.
- Collection of information from respective leads, storing information in Excel sheet.
- Updating the information to the concerned authorities.
- Responding to the mails from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Follow up on any sales quotations made for clients.
- Able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
