- Analyze technology trends and advise clients and team on technology strategy and architecture.
- Lead engineering effort from idea to realization.
- Collaborate with team members on best practices, code reviews, internal tools and process improvements.
- Provide leadership in identifying and escalating any issues that may impact team success
- Comfortably build prototypes and interfaces from minimal documentation, e.g. design discussions, sketches, white-boarding and user stories rather than detailed wire frames or functional specifications
- 1+ years of front-end development experience, executing through the entire SDLC from concept to production.
- Development experience in front end technologies such as HTML5, Angular 6, React JS, Javascript, CSS3, SASS etc.
- Thorough understanding of web concepts.
- Ability to take ownership of multiple projects and proactively manage them in a fast-paced Agile environment
