Job Description
1. Determining the structure and design of web pages
2. Ensuring user experience determines design choices
3. Developing features to enhance the user experience
4. Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design
5. Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones
6. Building reusable code for future use
7. Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability
8. Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages
9. Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design
Note: We are looking for programmers with a keen eye for design. You will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency, and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages, among other duties.

1. Must have a degree in computer science or a related field
2. Must have an understanding of key design principles
3. Must have proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
4. Must have an understanding of server-side CSS
5. Must be familiar with graphic design applications such as Adobe Illustrator
6. Must have experience with responsive and adaptive design
7. Must have an understanding of SEO principles
8. Must have good problem-solving skills
9. Must have excellent verbal communication skills
10. Must have good interpersonal skills
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 4 Lac/annum
