The program helps in understanding of the DNA of the company and groom freshers to organization culture, ethos, expectations so that they can carry the legacy forward. The Program is spread across 6 months duration. The construct of the program is as below.
• One Month Online Training (Mandatory) - Prior Joining
• 1 Months On the Job Training- At FGILI branch
• 4 Months’ Probationary Goal Sheet -after joining
