Attending to all the front office related jobs,
Knowledge of EPABX operations.
Maintaining documents related to admin jobs like Courier, Taxi booking, Ticket booking,
Gate passes issued to be tracked and maintained,
Maintaining of various registers like Visitors Register,
Material inward and outward Register,
Housekeeping and Security Attendance register etc.
Coordination of Admin related jobs.
Good Communication Skills,
Knowledge of computer basics like Word, Excel and Power Point.
