SG Associates Builders and Developers kumbakonam is looking for Dynamic Front Office Assistants for its office located near Kumbakonam Busstand on a Full-Time basis
Job profile:
1) Basic Computer Skills for Data entry and reporting,
2) Must attend Incoming calls and customers,
3) Office managment, House keeping, Inventory management, Maintenance & Repairs,
4) Banking & Financial Services, and Others Book Keeping
5) Attend to customer sales, advertisements and answering requests in a fast-paced environment. 6) Will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy our products or services.
7) Calling clients and addressing their search on buying plots and housing requirements giving detailed information about our company and our projects
8) Fixing site visit
9) Assisting Clients on their travel arrangements
10) Payment follow-up with customers
11) Advertising and response handling
12) Coordination during agreement finalization
Gender: Male
Employment: Full-time basis (morning 10 AM - Evening 7 PM)
Locality: Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu.
Should have:
1-5 years experience in a similar line
