  • Any graduate with proven experience in handling Front Office desk
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Should sound polite over the Phone calls and Greeting visitors
  • Responsible for handling Calls, clerical duties, Customer feedback, Time sheet Management, follow-up on Daily Sales reports & and other duties as assigned time-to-time.
  • Must have excellent (verbal and written) communications and people skills
  • Proficient in Computers especially Word, Power point and Excel.
  • Efficient in time management and Multi-tasking.
  • Maintain strict timelines on reporting.
  • Perceptive and disciplined.
  • Preferably a Female candidate.
