Job Description
FRONT OFFICE CUM ADMIN EXECUTIVE-Chennai
Education: Any / Aviation(or) Hospitality is preferable
Experience: Fresher or Experienced (2 years max)
Location: Chennai
Responsibilities;
- Receive visitors to the company and direct them to the right meeting rooms/Internal Service Provider (ISP) without any delay.
- Ensure customer queries and/or anxieties are handled in the best interest of the company.
- Provide secretarial assistance as and when required to the Product/Service/ Support Heads.
- Ensure to on making hotel reservations as per the business requirements upon the necessary approvals.
- Maintaining Muster Roll, International Call’s Register, Courier (Aramax & Fed-Ex) Register, , List of Courier’s Received.
- Complete any administration work promptly and accurately.
- Ensure the Front office is maintained neatly and professionally.
- Report customer dissatisfaction perceived on incoming callers to the reporting officer.
- Ensure all transactions are tracked down through the ERP system only.
- Timely order for the purchase of office stationery.
