Job Description
We are looking for Front office cum Admin executive at Velachery Location.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Greeting Guest, Employees, and Students once they come.Checking attendance of employees & other facility staff daily& updating in Excel.
- Responsible for call management both inbound and outbound.
- Data basing for critical vendors, suppliers and service-providers.
- Visitor, dignitaries’ management, messaging and reminders for concerned officers.
- Support to Employees on Hotel booking, ticketing (International & Domestic)
- Monitoring the function of the office and informing to the related departments
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Female candidates with good communication skills with good personality
- BCA MCA BE BCOM
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience 1 - 2 Yrs must
