Job Description
- Responsible for handling of incoming and outgoing calls transferring them to the desired extension numbers.
- Welcome and guide visitors including co-ordination with employees by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring all inquiries.
- Preparation of database of Client contacts and updating the same.
- Maintain contacts and files of all employees across department.
- Responsible for management of Travel desk by cab booking, air & train ticket booking, Hotel booking & arrangement.
- Handle courier and dispatch management.
- Co-ordinate and make the necessary arrangement for the internal meeting.
- Managing & assisting basic requirement for Inventory (Stationary), Operations.
- Preparation of MIS reports on stationary and courier.
- Assisting HR related to HR activities.
- Female candidates with pleasing personality and soft spoken.
- Good communication skills.
- Efficient time management.
- Good convincing skills required to deal with vendors for admin purpose.
