Job Description
1) Maintaining a clean and friendly working environment as you will be the first face of the company.
2) Handling external and internal communication (mails, calls regarding queries for booking conference room/cabins/workstations)
3) Handling existing clients day to day issues and keep them happy.
4) Act as Coordinator for meetings & events happening at Coworking Space.
5) Track and manage customer & vendor payments.
6) Proficient in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Image & Video Apps)
7) Handling Social Media (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn) posts & engagement.
