- Greet and welcome guests or Visitors as soon as they arrive at the office answers, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Sending mail to the team about Leave intimation
- Attendance Updation
- Courier Maintenance (Inward/outward) in CAdash board
- Stationery Maintenance
- Employees Birthday checking for a month and display at notice board Sending bulk emails to the clients via AINO Communique
