Job Summary

Act as a face of the hospital â€“ greet, give relevant information and direct to the right consultant or person of the hospital to all patients, attendants, visitors etc.

Routine

Assists patients or family members with completion of pre-registration forms
Obtains pre-documentation as required by the patients' health care insurers or managed care providers
OP Patient registration & IP admissions
Scheduling with relevant Consultants
Informing the Consultant in the FIFO order
Inform patients of costs of investigations prescribed by the consultant. Collect and post fees according to the set protocol
Schedules patients for laboratory tests, medical examinations, and consultation
Relays information to patients regarding preparation for laboratory tests and examinations
Answer telephone and greet visitors
Should be well aware of the hospital software registrations, admissions modules
Collect feedback from all OP patients
