We are searching for someone who is smart, enthusiastic, friendliness and willing to prove themselves with creativity and excellence as a Front Desk Executive.
The profile requires someone who has 'People' Skills and can communicate, connect, manage and get things done.
It's always important that the Front Desk Executive is someone who smiles and is always in positive spirits as this is a person who is the FACE of the company and is the first person to be seen or to greet the customer or visitor at Brand You.
Brand You Front Office Executives love answering the phone and making sure that they start with a Good Morning, Afternoon or Evening and welcoming the guest to Brand You.
They love making sure that the office is kept tidy because first impression is the final impression too.
They handle the company cash used for day to day expenses and keep track of where the money went.
They also feed and pet the piggy bank.
Assisting the HR team in welcoming and guiding potential Brand You Family Members (candidates) is equally important.
Wishing the Brand You stakeholders on their birthdays, anniversary, and special moments is part of the job of the Front Office Executive.
Obviously as always at Brand You, knowing how to use the electronic box that we now call a computer or laptop is part of the expectation.
Ensuring that it is not dropped is equally important!
