Job Description
Job Summary
- Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them the best course, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
- Arranging free Demo and scheduling the meetings.
- Answer phones.
- Answer inquiries about company.
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
- Call candidates according to the leads and explain them the best suitable course.
- Schedule free demo and confirm the same with the candidates and the faculties.
- Ensure reception area is tidy.
- Coordinate office activities.
- Handle phone calls from candidates and faculties.
- Arrange demo and do the registration.
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
- Prepare cash vouchers.
- Update demo calendars.
- Schedule follow-up Demos.
- Complete the registration.
