Job Description For Front Office Executive

• Maintaining the front office decorum and keep the front office notice board updated
  
• Responsible for generating walkins by outbound calls for the Training Program.
  
• Generating database for telecalling by doing activities like mailers campaign, classified ad posting, social media activities, references etc.
  
• Should maintain proper records of inbound calls with minimum of 80% conversion.
  
• Target driven job and you are accountable to reach the set target.
  
• Responsible for student registration formalities and fees collection, handling faculty team.
  
• Handling of admissions, institute management, maintaining of track sheets & general maintenance.
  
• Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the institute finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
  
• Clarifying academic policies, institute regulations, program requirements, procedures and other institute information to the students
  
• Lead follow up, to create walkin, arranging demos, arrange internal activities, follow up registrations.
  
• Elaborate explanation of the facility and the various courses available.- Being accessible and available to students to respond to their questions and concerns.
  
• Ensure all web enquiry and inbound calls are attended to promptly and the needed conversion is maintained.
  
• Assist all walk ins with the enquiry forms and direct them to the respective counsellor.
  
• Attend all incoming calls and maintain the respective registers. 
• Attending queries and escalating it to the concerned department.
  
• Maintaining detailed database enquiry information.
• Assist the placement activities, as and when it demands for. [Student co-ordination , up-dating the notice board and the placement files].
• Meeting the individual business target as per your commitment.

• Any Qualification
• Proficient With MS Office
• Good Understanding in IT Technologies is an added advantage
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work with targets
  
• Strong communications skills – written and verbal
