Job Description
- Receiving visitors and /or attending to their inquiries.
- Maintaining a professional image for the client at all times.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures).
- Manage and guide walk-in customers of the client at the reception.
- Keeping a check of meeting rooms and maintaining a checklist for the same on daily basis.
- Handling help desk whenever required.
- Assist with the administration on an ad-hoc basis.
- Managing the medical aid and replenishing the same for the entire headcount.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handling inward & outward documents(by courier) & keeping proper records in the register(courier handling).
- Assist HR in the activities Like Arrangements for Interviews, Coordinating with HOD.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Receiving visitors, reception, housekeeping, HR, very good communication skill
