• We are looking for smart, dedicated, hardworking, energetic candidates for FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE (FEMALE) for our super speciality hospital (Female candidates only are requested to apply). Excellent communication in English(mandatory) and kannada/telugu/hindi(either of the three) is mandatory.
  
• Hotel management trainees / graduates can also apply and preferred. Candidate should have excellent persuasive skills and should be confident in looks while speaking to customers. 
• Candidate should have hands on experience in system usage like word, excel, etc.
  
• Job location is Mathikere, Bengluru (Near yeshvanthpur). So, candidates living in this proximity / convenient for this location are requested to apply.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Coordinate with doctor and support staff on doctor availability timings
• Interacting with patients / customers during wait times
• Patient registering / billing in the software application
• Maintain reports in excel and in CRM application

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Smart, dedicated, hardworking and confidence are required qualities of aspiring candidate
• Good knowledge about system and basic application such as word, excel, etc
• Prior experience is not mandate, even freshers can apply. BUT SHOULD HAVE ABOVE ALL METIONED QUALITIES.
