- Counselling aspiring client & helping in choosing the plan for them.
- Handling all the enquiries.
- Responsible for selling memberships at the Gym through Marketing & Promotional Activities.
- Responsible for achieving targets.
- To maintain the highest level of professional competence in the industry, exceed all standards, indices and benchmarks, and offer customers the latest and the best in the fitness industry.
- Being the mirror of the organization, to behave in a very professional manner and always acquiring the professional ethics.
- Maintaining Customer Service Standards.
- Promoting and Marketing the business.
- Model appropriate professional behavior and team participation for the staff. Cultivate a positive attitude toward work
- Raise the quality and productivity of communication with customers
- A high standard of personal integrity, discretion and tact, maintaining confidentiality Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Aptitude for identifying opportunities for improving performance
- Good working knowledge of the MS Office products
- Excellent communicator (at all levels)
