Job Description
- Daily and Monthly attendance.
- Forwarding Monthly Attendance for Salary Process
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Issuing Leave application form / Maintain Leave Card
- Taking salary advance request and forwarding to the higher officials.
- Maintaining Employee records.
- Maintaining utilities bills, Assets list, office expenses.
- Arranging visiting cards / ID Cards
- Maintains movement register of employees
- Maintain Visitor Register
- Maintain & Operate Water Pumps & motors used for office purposes
- Arrange to deliver water samples for testing to factory & third party companies
- Answering the incoming calls.
- Arrange to resolve issues related to requirements from other departments with prior approval from HR.
