- +2 or Graduate with min 1 year exp. in front office.
- Should be able to multi-task and manage time properly.
- Committed, Self - Motivated and Friendly.
- Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener.
- Must have good telephone etiquette.
- Should be having good communication skills in English, & Tamil.
- Good handson MS Office- Word, Excel etc.
- Ability to provide information verbally clearly and effectively.
Job Description:
- Handling Phone Calls Efficiently at the Front Office.
- Take and Relay Messages, Provide Information to Callers
- Greet persons entering Organization, Direct persons to Correct Destination
- Deal with Queries from the students, walk-ins and others
- Ensures Knowledge of Staff Movements in & out of Organization
- General Administrative & Clerical Support, Prepare Letters & Documents
- Receive & Sort Mail & Deliveries.
- Takes care of Admin activities – handling Courier, Attendance, General Maintenance works, Housekeeping etc
- Maintain Incubate company Details, Visitor Management,
- Marketing Support – Sending Mailers for Events – Track Registrations.
- Takes care of the general maintenance works in the organisation
