Job Description:-
- Need to handle front office and admin activities in the office.
- Handling of guest at the reception by maintaining the records of all visitors.
- Maintaining inward and outward courier records.
- Arrangement of conference /meetings with allocation of the rooms accordingly.
- Handling inbound calls for the organization , handle queries and redirect them or keep messages.
- Need to handle travel arrangements and hotel bookings.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Good knowledge of MS office.
