Front Office Executive
Job Description
1) Maintaining Attendance, Inward & Outward Registers.
2) Responsible for receiving couriers and dispatching couriers.
3) Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
4) Responsible for handling Front office reception and administration duties, including Greeting Clients, Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
5) Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
6) Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
